Tonight's quinoa meal may look very similar to last night's, but it was actually a chicken stir fry with quinoa mixed in - for the sauce I used Mrs. Renfro's Raspberry Chipotle salsa. I wanted the same meal as last night, but the sodium level in that meal was over the top, so having it twice in one week is pushing it :-) This meal was delish!! As always, pictures below. Also shown is a no-sugar jell-o cup (0 points+) with low fat canned whip cream (2 Tbsp for 0 points+)! Yummy!

Does red quinoa taste the same as the beige?!
I dunno! Never had quinoa in my life...it was good though!!
