Not much to this recipe, but Heather over at
Heather Eats Almond Butter inspired me to make these. All I did was dice up a medium sweet potato (leave the skin on!), toss in a bowl with 2 tsp olive oil, 1 Tbsp cocoa powder, 1 Tbsp ED Smith no sugar added syrup (or you could use any syrup you choose), chili powder to taste, pumpkin pie spice (couldn't find my cinnamon!) - about 1/2 tsp or so. Mix it all together and place on a baking sheet lined with tinfoil (sprayed with cooking spray!) and bake at 375 degrees for 45-50 minutes. Enjoy! Rating 4.5/5
