Or 3/4/5 exercise WW GDT boards (exercise 3 days a week for 3 weeks, then 4 days a week for the next 4 weeks, then 5 days a week for the next 5 weeks). I have been lifetme for 8 years...weightloss is easy compared to lifetime! What about try...Does it have to be a fitness goal?<br /><br />What about trying the whole30 challenge?<br /><br />Or something completely different like learning a new language or hobby or setting debt reduction goals or aiming to reduce food waste or reading through the Bible? There are lots of things to set your sights on!<br /><br />I think it's normal to "loosen up" a little after reaching a goal. Good for you for not becoming too complacent - you won't let yourself go backwards.
